“Don't second guess this, just download! This was the first drumming podcast I came across. Now that I've gone through all the episodes, it has completely RUINED any chance I had at getting into any other drum podcasts. I've tried. No one does it better.
Mike Johnston said once that they hoped this podcast would make people feel included and "in the know" and it absolutely has done that for me. I came into this with little industry and term knowledge and suddenly I knew exactly what they were talking about.
It has given me confidence and has allowed me to feel comfortable calling myself a real drummer today. It sounds silly, but I'm indebted. Honestly, you guys should be very proud of what you've accomplished here. It's funny, welcoming, well thought out and truly has a special place in my heart.
