“I recently discovered this fantastic podcast series. Mike and Mike strike just the right balance between gear, technique and general drum gossip. I was listening to an earlier episode last week whilst queuing to get into the London Drum Show, and when I got in I was delighted to see that Mike J was appearing in the education zone. His ideas were simple, but amazing. And then, a few days later, the latest podcast came out, recorded the evening before the show I saw him perform in; in it he talked about what he wants to achieve in his teaching and clinics. Not a virtuoso performance that makes his audience feel like never wanting to play again, but to inspire people to rush home and play their drums. Well Mike, thats exactly what you achieved, and you do the same in the podcast. This should be essential listening for every drummer.”
