entertaining and insightful
The recent interview with Sarah Sellers on “the morning shakeout” epitomizes what I love about this podcast. The discussions are engaging and educational, both from a technical and personal statement. I’m working through a period of injury to rebuild running fitness. Listening to Sarah’s reflections on the process were very helpful, as were the discussions on balancing running and careers. Mario and Sarah reminded me that both aspects of life should revolve around the same objective: sustaining one’s health.
