Michelle and her podcast are amazing
When I first heard Michelle as a guest on another podcast, I immediately started listening to her podcast, because I felt a connection to her and what she had to say. She has immense knowledge on nervous system regulation, and she teaches it in a way that anyone can understand and follow. The content is top notch, and she’s a joy to listen to. Nearly everything she discusses resonates with me, and I look forward to new episodes. So grateful I found The Calm Mom podcast!

With tweens, working mom, post pandemic and all of the things life throws,this podcast came right at a time Not because us moms need anymore solicited information on parenting but from someone that understands through Christ. Relatable. True and to the point. Keep it going Michelle! Thank you!
