I never thought I was an angry person…until I became a mom
Over the last six years of my motherhood journey, I have come to realize that I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) easily triggered by noise, smell, clutter and other environmental factors. Through self-awareness and therapy, I’ve learned how to do “the work” as Michelle explains.
