She is a true power house of climbing, a business owner, and proud crag mama to her daughter Audrey. Over her 23 year climbing career, Amanda has represented Australia in World Cup sport climbing, had consistent podium placements at bouldering nationals, and has performed at an elite level across both sport and trad climbing competitions.   Amanda talks to us about how growing up in a diet culture, along with the pressure of elite climbing lead her to a cross roads in life. How easily she could have slipped into the pattern of eating disorders, and why nutrition became an anchor in her life.  She also shares practical tips for fuelling yourself as a busy mum.
