Joy shares her own experiences of pregnancy loss, and the understanding she has gained navigating grief through life, training and climbing.
The conversation explores anxiety that can arise around climbing and training throughout pregnancy; and how we can use our emotional wellbeing to guide our decisions.
We also discuss how challenging the athlete mindset and tuning into what our body needs, can help us discover a new appreciation for climbing and movement.
