Description
Girlfriends are chicken soup for the soul, and quite frankly, so is our chat with the incredible Selena Pang.
Selena is a climbing guide, yoga teacher, realtor, and single mom. At 53 years old she has over thirty years of climbing experience racked up, alongside a full pack of life wisdom.
Our conversations traverse the challenges of being an older athlete, the importance of holding tight to things you're passionate about, and the integral role our girlfriends play in life... if only we are able to create community in a world that often breaks it apart.
