#44: Beth Rodden - A Softer Strength Part 2
Listen now
Description
Beth Rodden has navigated incredibly difficult experiences through her life and climbing career. She has accomplished some of the hardest routes in the world, competed at elite levels, and survived a kidnapping in the far reaches of Kyrgyzstan.  Through all of these experiences Beth also battled a pervasive inner dialogue. One that was often cruel, and pushed her to seek the perfection that continually skips out of reach.  In part 2 of our chat with Beth she shares her thoughts on cultivating and celebrating a softer strength, how therapy and self work is a lifelong practice, and the positives of social media.  Huge thanks to our sponsors for supporting this episode and series 5 of the podcast Urban Climb and Climbing Anchors You can follow Beth on instagram @bethrodden Watch This is Beth Buy Beth's book 'A Light Through the Cracks' available on Audible, Kindle, and paperback bethrodden.com   Content Warning: infrequent strong language Disclaimer: Content, commentary, and opinions shared on the Mum's Gone Climbing podcast are for informational purposes only.
