Wish we could hear Janice Stein without interruptions
Listened to Sept 20, 2024 Friday focus. The episode quickly reminded me why I stopped listening to the podcast and chose not to pay the paltry $25 to be a member. Rudyard Griffiths has great opinions and wonderful to listen to, but his constant, never-ending interruptions of Janice Stein’s considered opinions just grate deeply. Janice is obviously a world renown expert, but Rudyard won’t let her speak. It just becomes a massive turn off. After a while, I just turned couldn’t bear listening to the episode anymore. I imagine in real life they are great friends, but Rudyard not listening just comes of as deeply rude and arrogant in the podcast. A real shame, as I think they both have brilliant perspectives which I would have loved to hear. I suppose I’ll check back in a year to see if he’s become more self aware.

What is the point? The Gen Z debaters agreed on nearly everything! The debater supporting the resolution did not actually support it. Total waste of time
