For our first guest of the brand new series we've invited the inspiring Michael Maisey into the studio to sit down with Matt and Ben.
Michael had been through the prison system three times, battled a heroin addiction and survived a suicide attempt when he decided to turn his life around. Today Michael's a successful business man, husband and father, an author, podcast host, motivational speaker and you may know him as #11 from Channel 4's SAS Who Dares Wins.
Michael chats to the boys about changing the direction of his life, getting sober, hitting rock bottom, meditation, the importance of reaching out, being the change you want to see, letting people know they're heard, having a mission and having compassion for ourselves.
