I stumbled across these guys via Instagram and started listening. What I love about this is that they really connect with each other and their guests. And they deep dive into things so many of us struggle with. Things like, real connections, being present, depression, finding joy in your life,...Read full review »

I first found the TNP when they were being interviewed by Kate Thornton. Just to hear how they met and their stories intrigued me to listen more. I’ve just finished the last one which was the Mother’s Day special with Bens mum... just beautiful and it brought a tear to my eyes. You won’t be...Read full review »

Every time I listen to one of these podcasts I decide it’s my favourite one. Having just listened to the Joe Marler one, I’m absolutely blown away! It’s incredibly inspiring that he was connected enough to his truth that he could walk away from something that so many others would consider “ the...Read full review »

Matt & Ben. Guys thank you for creating such a valuable resource and support with which the challenging issues of mental wellness are tackled - full on. I can’t thank Matt and Ben enough for producing this podcast. It is so utterly refreshing to hear both them, along with their amazing guests, open up and be so truthful about their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I hope it inspires many more to do the same. Keep up the great work

That was the first episode I’ve listened to of this podcast. It was so enjoyable and useful. The ideas put forward and the light approach, in relation to the subject matter, of each presenter really works well for me. I also appreciate that the guest is allowed plenty of time to talk, although I...Read full review »

Absolute respect to Big Jim, this was one of the best pods I have listened to. Jim was honest and the boys let him discuss his issues without trying to get too involved.

Open honest conversations about mental health. Be kind to yourself and it’s ok not to be ok are such important messages. You really are trying to see the people not the image or public persona just real people # real lives DIOLCH

I was recommended this podcast by an ex boyfriend’s sister, after a post I put up on Instagram and it could not be more fitting to my state of mind. Absolutely love this podcast. Love the vulnerability, the openness, the honesty and the humour. Great to hear mental health issues being brought out from the taboo particularly when such a large percentage of us suffer in one way or another. We’re not alone.

Based on the first podcast with Davina McCall I can see that this is going to be an amazing podcast. It’s explores emotions, rationale for behaviour and learned wisdom...Read full review »

Loved the truly fleshing openness and honest of this episode. Davina as usually inspirational. Hoping the boys take her advice in featuring an episode on the male roles in relationships and society.

What a great concept and so refreshing and much needed to hear men talk about mental health. I’ve listened to a lot of interviews with Davina over the years but think the change in dynamic here, with men being so open about the issues, brought out new insight! Looking forward to next week already!
