Can someone please give Ben a Thesaurus as it’s got to the point that every time he says it it’s like nails down a blackboard.

From a woman’s point of view - I love that these men are waking up but there’s way too much back slapping and telling each other how incredible and amazing they are... this is also a form of toxic masculinity. Not very humble.

Just listened to the three episodes on eating disorders. What amazing and inspirational people. I really needed to hear this message today. Thank you so much Ben xx

Normally always absolutely love the messages of your podcast, it was just such a shame this episode wasn’t as conversational it was just a monologue from you in parts. Wanted to hear more from your guests in response to some of your answers!

I have never wanted to listen to podcasts as I thought that they were just boring, and wasn’t for me. I was wrong. Loved loved loved this episode! This one is my favourite. The openness of the conversation between you all especially Matt and Michael was so wonderful to listen to. The depth and honesty was beautiful. Made me laugh, well up and be inspired. Can’t wait for the next episode.

This is one of the best podcasts I‘ve ever listened to. Every single episode goes deeper and deeper and the guests - as much as the hosts - become more and more vulnerable with every episode. Thank you so very much for creating this space!

I first found the TNP when they were being interviewed by Kate Thornton. Just to hear how they met and their stories intrigued me to listen more. Every time I listen to one of these podcasts I decide it’s my favourite one. Having just listened to the Joe Marler one, I’m absolutely blown away! That was the first episode I’ve listened to of this podcast. It was so enjoyable and useful. The ideas put forward and the light approach, in relation to the subject matter, of each presenter really works well for me. I also appreciate that the guest is allowed plenty of time to talk, although I...Read full review »

Absolute respect to Big Jim, this was one of the best pods I have listened to. Jim was honest and the boys let him discuss his issues without trying to get too involved.

Absolutely love this podcast. Love the vulnerability, the openness, the honesty and the humour. Great to hear mental health issues being brought out from the taboo particularly when such a large percentage of us suffer in one way or another. We’re not alone.
