Dealing with a narcissist is super isolating and insulating. Thankful there are podcasts like this to connect survivors with support and an opportunity to share what has been suffered in silence. It is freeing and healing to share in a safe and non-exposing way. I heard a quote that I love that says “if we heal loudly, we save others from suffering quietly.”
