“I have a 17 year old daughter who is going through this turmoil of keeping up with societal pressures & I love her to bits but can’t seem to connect with her the way that I would like, this workshop your talking about doing in the high schools would be awesome, the earlier the better, yr 7 & yr 8 as I think they are the years groups are formed & social media impact. My daughter went to an all girls school from year 7-10, a lot of clicks & nastiness & when self esteem is already low they are put in vulnerable situation especially as their hormones are fluctuating constantly. It is a very important & vital workshop/program be available for our girls to help them feel good in their own skin & boost their confidence for their future hopefully as authentic, strong & centred women.
