“My new favourite podcast.
I subscribe to a lot of podcasts and have for many years. I used to listen to mainly comedy but now Brexit has turned me into a sad political junky. I can honestly say this bridges the gap from my previous favourite genre to this one. I can really tune in to Porritt and Angelsey’s humorous wavelength when discussing such a deadly serious subject regarding the UK's future.
From the moment I hear “Hello Snowflakes” I know I’m in for an hour of satirical banter and humorous meanderings that makes me chuckle in these bleak days. Ending worth the hilarious “Brexiteer of the Week” which is always the piece de la resistance!
Yes you have to put up with the odd advert (worth it for this free entertainment) and yes, the sound used to be ropey in the early days but it is now fixed! To hear these two prattle on is like spending time in the company of some of your best friends. Even if we eventually do “Get Brexit Done” I cannot imagine not wanting to listen to this podcast.
