Every episode is a must listen. For me, the stack detail covered in podcasts is great and helps me in both assessing open source tools as well a giving me architectures. And approaches to use in my day to day work

The podcasts are tending to trend towards CNN/ESPN sensationalism style coverage over useful and interesting content.
