Say what?
I usually enjoy this podcast a lot. The banter seems uncontrived (is that a word?) and the enthusiasm is infectious. Alas the episode on Mary Stuart and leadership succession was, to use a Year 9 GCSE student’s critical vocabulary, boring! Perhaps because I find discussions about parliament’s suppurating mix of raging ego, rampant prejudice and rigid thinking too disturbing. I have friends who do not vote; I’m beginning to understand why.

I really like the tone of this podcast - it’s funny and relevant and covers the right things. I just wish it would take a leaf out of the American politics podcasts (eg. If you enjoy politics I recommend this podcast. The two usual presenters in Helen and Stephen have great personalities and the topics they discuss are usually interesting but this podcast needs producing.
