Say what?
I usually enjoy this podcast a lot. The banter seems uncontrived (is that a word?) and the enthusiasm is infectious. Alas the episode on Mary Stuart and leadership succession was, to use a Year 9 GCSE student’s critical vocabulary, boring! Perhaps because I find discussions about parliament’s suppurating mix of raging ego, rampant prejudice and rigid thinking too disturbing. I have friends who do not vote; I’m beginning to understand why.
