Missing Political Scene and Out Loud!
A great try, but not worth the full hour, even at 2x speed. Political Scene and Out Loud (which this replaced, sadly) were concise, with great added value. Radio Hour is more like This American Life for New Yorker readers...but it's mostly fluffy, inward-looking filler. I’m glad the New Yorker brought back the politics podcast. This one is too much of a hodgepodge of “real stuff” and whimsy. Sometimes you’re in the mood for one or the other, but rarely both.
