Doug really stays focused on the guest, but it’s more than that. He improvises questions that get into where the guest is coming from and digs into what human needs drive the guest’s point of view. That’s next-level podcasting.

Authentic and Relatable Topics
Doug and Strickland are hilarious. They bring humor with great informative topics in each episode. This show is authentic and the hosts show a deep understanding of their audience and guests. This podcast has easily become one of my favorites to listen to. -Tim G
