Brilliant Podcast full of honesty
If podcasts could earn a Michelin star then this would have one. Having eaten at many restaurants with stars over the years, I have always appreciated the effort that goes in to the food and to hear the stories behind it make me want to go to even more. Paul is a great host for this and his acquaintances that join him make the show. Salt is now top of my next places to eat as is listening to the next series. I listened to the first one in four days, couldn’t put it down! Chefs should run the country and Brexit would have been dealt with, all complaints to trip advisor

This is a genuinely laugh out loud funny podcast. Some great guests with some great stories from “behind the scenes” which are a real eye opener about the cheffing world!!

Embarrassing to look over and see myself cooking a spoon… but in the vane of hacks, how about dropping a ladle in to a boiling pan to stop it boiling over?!?

Great listen for a behind the scenes look at what it takes but also to get to know the chefs. Listened on the tube and inspired me to get cooking myself - masterchef here I come!
