Would highly recommend The Nightcap. Tune in from Australia and the banter is accessible and entertaining!

I’m new to the world of podcasts and stumbled across the nightcap while search for Marco Pierre white content. I’ve got to say, the shows are amazing. Listening to Paul Foster saying how it is being a chef, straight to the point, being truthful and also educating on what we should be looking for...Read full review »

big fan of the pod, have been since the first series. Just thought you’d like to know that dominos are now doing a carbonara pizza and a lasagna pizza!

I’ve always loved this podcast. I was lucky enough to come to one of Paul’s pasta masterclasses upstairs at Salt - it was so cool to sit in the room where the podcast is recorded! (The masterclass was good too!) Keep up the good work guys!

Listened from the start, a great range of guests and such a good insight into the hospitality industry, often go back to binge the earlier series. Love Paul’s boiling point stories and can’t wait for them to return in the new series. Josh

Back in the day I spent many years listening to “Another planet” from Oli and Si and now listening to the Nightcap for the past 4 years, I can safely say, it’s top class listening. My only disappointment is how has it taken me this long to write a review! The mix of professionalism and comedy is...Read full review »

Having been a chef for 25 years there are so many things and anecdotes that have been told in the 2 series that I can relate to fully! Easy to listen to for a wind down after work or even just walking the dog, I literally never stop smiling from the first minute to the last... keep it up!
