“Love the pod but just listened the the hybrid training tips episode and definitely felt a bit confused. Kept talking about “optimal” training, followed by admission that nobody actually followed said optimal training. Then I couldn’t help but think “is it actually optimal training then if it doesn’t fit around anyone’s life and nutrition is so individual”. Also it felt a bit disjointed. Ben said at one point it’s not about “what works for Lucy” but spent a lot of time taking about what worked for him. Honestly love the podcast it’s 5 stars - just wanted to give some feedback about this particular episode. Didn’t feel like anyone was on the same page x”
