PCOS and ADHD
I love this episode and topic cause I have had ADHD since I was 9 years old(3rd grade). And I got diagnosed with PCOS at 18 years old. Some of symptoms for both overlap or make each one worse. Brain fog, “bored eating”, and being disciplined. I agree that there isn’t much adult content for ADHD.

Breath of fresh air
Although I don’t know Sam personally, every week I feel like the podcast is made specifically for me and my experience with food, health, and PCOS.
