This influencer recaps her experience going on a brand trip where she experienced body distress and discomfort all throughout the trip: getting out of breath walking up stairs, a massage chair not fitting her, and needing to leave a group pilates class early due to the class difficulty.  These experiences led this influencer to reflect on her experience gaining weight in eating disorder recovery.
