Sam is joined by licensed mental health counselor, Molly Bahr. Molly people work through their stuck points so they can make peace with food, improve their body image, and be able to pour more energy into what’s most important to them.
Sam and Molly discuss different types of therapies that can be helpful tools for working through those stuck points. Molly uses both Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in her practice. They discuss what each of those are and how they can be helpful in overcoming food and body image struggles.
