“It’s one thing to have a podcast that has ads. It’s another thing to be essentially a series of ads with a little bit of podcast stuck in. The latter is what this show is. And off the cuff estimate would be that 20% of the show is commercials. Worse, when the ad breaks come they are haphazardly placed: mid-thought, mid-sentence, mid-word. Clearly iHeart has no respect for either Brian Baumgartner nor the listeners. They have turned the show into an insult to both.”
