Forgotten Battlefields - The Lone Tree - Loos
This a gem amongst gems - making it feel as close as we can get to visiting the battlefields as we can during these difficult times. My family link to the Battle of Loos means,of course, it’s highly poignant but Paul’s style and delivery is spot on. Informative and respectful, he is great to listen to. Follow him using Google Earth and you are there... Great work Mr Reed - you have reminded me that I need to pay my respects, hopefully sometime in the near future.

More reviews of The Old Front Line
As always with Paul the information given is clear and concise. The walk through the gates into the memorial and then onto Poziers village is absolutely spot on. It’s exactly like you’re there in person.

These are a brilliant set of pod casts. A great way to learn about WW1. Paul is an expert and he gives real atmosphere to the talks particularly through his personnal relationships and contact with the veterans Would like to attend one of his Tours as well
