“I've listened to a lot of podcasts and this is one of the best. The tone is thoughtful and open to wonder without ever slipping into a "This American Life"-style sappiness. Most of all, they never forget what medium they are working in. From the piece on "Gay voice" to the profile of Nick Cave's Sound Suits, The Organist almost always finds a way to make speech and sound central themes.
