I have used this podcast to enjoy these traditions and find my way so many times I have lost count. The Aleyos 101 course that is offered and the orisha wisdom Facebook page are also phenomenal tools. Omileti’s concern for newcomers is heartfelt and truly appreciated. If you don’t want to be...Read full review »

This podcast has taught me so much about the Orisha journey and what it means to be on this path. There are so many gems for both new folks and for those with more experience in these traditions. Thank you for sharing your experiences and wisdom with us.

I ran across this podcast last week and have been listening to it nonstop. I’m already on episode 28, which I really found super helpful. I recently got a dafa reading and was given ebo, I was nervous at first but I felt really comfortable with the priest and this episode was definitely helpful...Read full review »

The host has such great energy and clearly loves the religion. The podcast is educational and entertaining. Just keep in mind some things are done differently in other houses and/or religious branches, but I still enjoy that there is real talk about the orisha traditions. Much love and...Read full review »

These podcasts are refreshing, insightful and informative! It reinforced what I knew, what I have been taught by my Godmother. It also provided me with some direction on what I didn’t know and needed to research. Please keep up the good work!

Tried to get into this podcast but it is too white focused! It seems that her focus is to welcome and usher in non-blacks and lessen the impact of Africans. So sad. Ifa is an African Traditon yet she seems to want to take that point away.

I have become addicted. I wish I found her before I receive my hand of cofa. Her classes are amazing. I am taking Aleyos 101 and it’s one of the best investments I have made in a class. I love her teachings, her knowledge and the time and attention she pays to each student. There is never a...Read full review »

This is my favorite Orisha related podcast. Iya Omileti is a wonderful teacher. Aboru Aboye! Love the information and the upbeat nature of this podcast. Too often Orisha culture is depicted is formats that do not engage across generational spectrum. In essence, you feel like you’re in a lecture hall. This podcast is NOT that. It is light, vibrant and easy to digest. Keep up...Read full review »
