Critical Blindspots of Modern Healthcare with Matt Archer

Description
In this episode, Matt Archer joins me to discuss "The critical blindspots of modern healthcare”.  He takes a skeptical approach to manual muscle testing, applied kinesiology, and chiropractic and developed an incredibly effective system, described in his book, “The Protocol for Health: Seven Unexpected Solutions”. While often contrary to popular ideas, The Protocol has a sensible foundation that simplifies healthcare and is effective with the full spectrum of symptoms. He practices in Northern California and consults remotely. I really enjoyed my interview with Matt! He struck me as very compassionate, with a deep understanding of some physical causes to chronic pain that lay within the gut microbiome. His experience has led him to be quite steadfast and confident in his beliefs, and this new system he’s developed to help people feel better in a relatively short period of time. You can find him on his website https://www.theprotocolforhealth.com In this episode, you will learn:  How zinc deficiency and weak stomach acid is the greatest cause of disease. How adrenal fatigue is surprisingly easy to address but intermittent fasting makes it worse. How vitamin and mineral deficiencies are universal and drive many specific symptoms and are a major blindspot in modern healthcare and laboratory testing. If you loved this episode and you got a lot out of it, leave a review and share your biggest takeaway with me.
