Way beyond a podcast. We need a new taxonomy.
What an incredible break-out on so many levels. First, just on the basis of its understated sound production - rich, intimate, evocative (like the UK's Falling Tree Production s). Second, pure total gobsmacking pleasure (thinking here of listening to Donnetta Lavinia Grays reading a short-short story by Shelly Oria). Third - but wait: can they keep it up??? Let's hope so. Tremendously propitious start, guys. All my hats are off.Read full review »

Transportive, even magical at times.

Short stories come alive through incredible reading and sound production. The voices, pacing, and subtle sound effects are magical. I have heard every episode so far, and I can't get enough.
