“The podcast format lets me multitask when I am able, the topics are pertinent to me as a PWP, they are upbeat so my anxiety doesn't start up. I loved the fact that Kelsey found THE person to talk to re Masking- symptom not yet stalking me so hadn't bothered with learning anything about it- but I should have. And the Prof. Linda has a wonderful way of explaining. And she is going to PWP's for answers. Common sense prevailing over egos---ask and listen and act on the solutions pwp's have had to invent because the medical field seldom asked us anything other than "how you doing?" Bad way to start a dialog!
One suggestion- it would be very helpful to have key words and names written in the description of the topic. eg. If I were a newbie, LOUD would mean nothing to me, and might not even catch that was what was said. Likewise the names of those in the episodes.”Read full review »
