Validating and helpful
I love that this podcast validates the difficulties of modern motherhood without feeling dwelling or whiny, AND gives tips to help with it. I’ve listened to some episodes twice to really take it all in

Great info
The podcast is filled with helpful and research-based information. I especially appreciate the interviews with experts in different areas. One minor complaint: if I have to hear Dr. Mona say the word “obviously” one more time I may scream.
