Great podcast!
Very good info with a down to earth approach! One little pet peeve I have is that Dr. Mona consistently refers to her son’s birth as “the birth trauma.” Is hope that when her son is older she drops the “trauma” part. If my mother constantly referred to my birth as trauma, I may be affected emotionally. Of course we should acknowledge and learn from her birth trauma! It’s been amazing to hear her stories and I appreciate her openness. Keep up the awesome podcasts.

I have loved listening to Dr. Mona’s podcast wish I she was around with my first. This has helped me so much for my now toddler and for my newborn. So much valuable information and presented in an easy to understand and no judgement style! Thank you Dr. Mona!!

I love Dr. Mona’s view of parenthood. She’s relaxed and balanced. Society tries to make us overthink everything and make us feel like horrible parents. Definitely listen to her podcast if you’re a parent! The sleep series is great.
