An aTrektive podcast
Clay is delightful, offering open-minded, perceptive and whimsical takes. Pensky is limited as a contributor (big fan of 90s Jean-Luc and robots; somehow has a problem with every woman character) but remarkably amiable as a host for great collaborators. The sometimes acerbic tone is overly critical when applied to the genial TNG and Voyager imo, but perfectly suited to the dud outings of the franchise such as the 2000s Enterprise and the recent Discovery and Picard shows. Overall an enjoyable and appreciated listen when one wants a hit of Trek in podcast form.

Pensky has entertaining and thought provoking commentary on TNG. A fresh perspective is always nice to have. As if you didn't need an excuse to watch an episode of TNG, fire up the podcast and watch along.Read full review »
