“I just listened to Episode 895 of this show. This is a tremendous podcast with pertinent health information. The doctors state what they think, why they think it, and provide excellent ways to think about -- visualize -- the physiological interactions. The balance of passion and information-dense fact-based research is tremendous. Doctors that will admit they were preaching one thing earlier in their career but have changed course is quite rare. Doctors that can explain concepts with such eloquent visualization is also quite rare. Highly recommended.”
