I feel so seen
This podcast is exactly what I need to hear. It’s so refreshing to be encouraged to slow down, rest and take care of myself during this stressful time of life. I have tried all of the things…intermittent fasting, eating in a calorie deficit, working out harder and more often and they’ve all led me to one place….disappointment. I am hoping learning to shift my mindset and be more gentle with myself will give me the results I’m looking for. Thanks for all the support and information you provide on this podcast.

I’ve trained 5 days a week for 15yrs and am struggling so much since hitting perimenopause, these podcasts are so helpful, addressing all the concerns I have. Most advice I’ve read is geared towards sedentary women. Thanks for providing this
