Keep the Drive Alive
Absolutely fantastic. I began following Peter and his work after listening to the interview he had w Joe Rogan and I’ve been very impressed with the content. I think one aspect that really sets Peter appart from other scientific podcasters (if that’s a word) is his willingness to admit where he has reached the limits of his current knowledge. I noticed this specifically in the recent podcast with Dr. Rhonda Patrick where he was unfamiliar with the use of sauna’s/cold tubs but was still very enthusiastically interested in what Rhonda had to say and broke it down in a way that is very informative to the scientific and general audience. Amazing podcast man - keep it up! Also, I’m a Canadian listener and I think I speak on behalf of my fellow Canucks when I say we would really appreciate a little unit conversion when it comes to temperature! Mix in some Celsius! All the best, Adam

As a non medical person who listens to many podccasts on the topic of longevity, I have found Dr. Attia's podcasts to be cogent and actionable. I always learn something that I can put to use and most of the time I understand the scientific information. I am very pleased that he has started...Read full review »
