I am a big fan of Peter and his work, he is so meticulous, professional and at the same time can be emotional too. The guests are always very interesting and invested, the topics are amazing. It is clear that Peter and his team put lots of work into anything they produce. ❤️

Peter is so good at taking the information and explaining it.

Good show, at times educational, the only reason I say at times is i’m under the impression the show is intended for other physicians as it’s often way over my head. My wish, Peter creates another show, dummies it down and keeps it under an hour. Peter, I enjoyed your book, Out Live, thanks. Paul

Most episodes feature guests hawking their latest book. Peter loves to talk about how much he loves working out. He’s obsessed with it. Some episodes are okay but generally they talk without actually saying anything.

Thank you very much for the accident podcast. It reminded me to leave my mobile in the trunk.🍀🍀

The episode with Olav Aleksander Bu must be one of the coolest and most insightfull episode of this podcast. Some parts is a bit nerdy, but I love it. I’m praying for several more episodes with Olav and Peter. Great work on getting Olav on the podcast and asking him good questions!

Just would love to have some translation for the medical technical terms especially considering non-native speakers.

It's the perfect podcast for health topics. Lots of information with deep dives into the roots of things, which makes it so attractive. Also, including personal stories is an excellent part of the episodes.Read full review »

the podcast has some good contents and topics. However, I would appreciate a more concise version of it. Maybe make another version of this podcast to be less than an hour? Summarize the content, and with snippets out of this one, and post a link to this one for people want to have extended...Read full review »

I’m really interested in the content of this show, BUT it’s clearly geared towards men. There’s nothing wrong with that - I just wish Dr. Attia were more upfront about it. Even looking at his guest list, there is an occasional woman as guest, but it’s rare. Couple that with the paywall for...Read full review »

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST IF YOU ARE A WOMAN…….. As a medical provider, this podcast is absolutely disgusting. The misogyny is off the charts…. “Men need testosterone, women don’t, women don’t need HRT they are just complaining too much. Men should be treated with testosterone so that they...Read full review »

Good info and interviews with knowledgeable guests for the most part, but I don’t see the broader appeal of journal club. The sessions are too long and sciency to be of much value to the general listener and perhaps a bit self indulgent by Attia/Huberman.

Much of his research and education have been funded by government grants. So why restrict the high quality content to paid subscribers? This just reinforces the digital divide. You need to accept ads and open up in-depth longevity research content to price sensitive consumers. He tells you that...Read full review »

Overall, I enjoy Attila’s podcasts. I was very interested in the shown on lower back pain (Jan29) with Dr. McGill but found the discussion was too technical for me to understand.

Can’t help but notice a plethora of episodes about longevity, I honestly hope I go out young, I have no desire to live forever or elongate my life, can you do an episode about that??

Dr. Attia speaks eloquently about all topics related to body and mind. Though he is clearly a genius, he defers to his guests with authenticity, soaking up all they have to say. For a scientific mind to be so tuned into psycho-social-emotional issues is a miracle in itself but to be able to teach...Read full review »

I’ll start with the fact that I am a fan of Dr. Attia and I find him to be incredibly knowledgeable. I also find him to be a bit too technical and I often find it hard to stay focused on his show.
