“The ads in this podcast are insane. They play every 4-7 minutes! (I timed it). To make matters worse, they promise an Ad-free experience for subscribers…and it STILL PLAYS THE ADS. I love the content of this podcast and it’s a great team of people. However, every time you’re in a rhythm listening, another round of long ads starts playing and it really distracts from the story. And the subscription not working is just upsetting given that this show is like HALF ads. Not sure who’s fault that is, but hopefully someone from iheart and from apple reads these. Also the 7-minute ad block is almost always exactly the same. It’s nauseating. If I hear the one about the cat burgler again I will die”

“I thought these reviews are probably way too harsh, I am going to give this a shot. I was wrong. It’s a shame because I actually liked the podcast. “If you skip past the first 5 minutes, skip through the 5 min ad breaks and skip past the final 6 minutes of ads… you’ll have about 11 minutes of podcast per episode!”
