“I understand why podcasts need ads so it’s not the fact that they’re included. 6 minutes of skipping at the very beginning of the episode!? And 3 more ad breaks during the actual show? About 17 minutes worth per episode is excessive to me.”

“The content and the actual podcast is interesting. But each podcast is half ads. It’s way too much. So much it turns you off on the podcast. And its a shame, as the producers do a good job of telling the story.
They must be taking in the dough from the ad sales though.”
