Very interesting for endurance athletes
Adam and Shoshana are fun to listen to, but more importantly they focus on "right things” in athletics, the joy and fulfillment from challenging yourself and accomplishing your goals. Their info is perfect for the athlete looking to learn more about endurance sports and nutrition. I cooked my first e-book recipe last night and it was actually really good! This podcast was very interesting and I think it gives people helpful information into living a healthier lifestyle. The topics were very relatable and things that I was curious about when making the transition to a vegan diet. It may be something that I would consider partaking in in the future.
