Very interesting for endurance athletes
Adam and Shoshana are fun to listen to, but more importantly they focus on "right things” in athletics, the joy and fulfillment from challenging yourself and accomplishing your goals. Their info is perfect for the athlete looking to learn more about endurance sports and nutrition. I cooked my first e-book recipe last night and it was actually really good! I found these podcasts very educational and interesting to listen to. I loved the simple snack ideas i got a lot of tips out of them like how easy it is to eat healthy if you just plan a little in advance. I really recommend these podcast, keep up the great work and constant uploading!!
