YES YOU CAN!
That’s just one of many things that Claire has taught me as my running coach over the last few years. She has guided me through workouts that have challenged and scared me, given me amazing mental and strength exercises, advice on fueling pre/during/and post runs, patiently helped me through my injuries, and always left me feeling 100% confident I was prepared on race day. She helped me achieve a PR in my marathon time by 15 mins at age 53! I believe and trust myself more today than I ever did as a runner because of Claire. I cannot wait to listen to her podcast to learn, grow and develop new goals!
