Inspiring podcast!
I enjoy listening to running podcasts. I am always looking for any advice or guidance on how to become a better runner. I am training for my first marathon and am excited to have come across The Planted Runner Podcast! After listening to the first episode, I know this is going to be my favorite podcast. I am especially looking forward to the Mental Strength Minute, as I struggle with the mental aspect of running. Thank you Claire for creating this podcast!!

Coach Claire is a breath of fresh air in the running podcast world. Her content is well researched and presented in very digestible ways, regardless of how much running experience you have. I can’t wait to hear more from her about all things running and being plant-based!
