A real treat
I’ve just discovered this podcast and I can really recommend it. Simon Armitage has a lovely relaxed interviewing style. He puts his guests at ease and asks thoughtful questions. My favourite episode, as a northerner in exile, is the interview with Guy Garvey. I learned a lot about both of them. Two brilliant wordsmiths, a bit of humour and two northern accents. What’s not to like!

More reviews of The Poet Laureate Has Gone to His Shed
conversation between, what sounds like, old pals: especially the episode with John Tiffany. Very much looking forward to a new series of gentle banter, wit and humour, along with kind observations and genuine, intimate conversations. Thank you!
