Used to be better but still ok
The show was better with Christian Wiman as host, and in the half hour format. I like Lindsay, although she doesn’t get many words in compared to Don, who really goes overboard in some of his poem descriptions. I have rolled my eyes many times while listening to him,and I feel there are times he comes across as disingenuous or too polite to criticize anyone harshly. Still, they do get an occasional great poem/poet on the show, and their back catalog has a lot of gems.

I look forward to this monthly podcast more than I look forward to my monthly paycheck. Great range of poetry, thought provoking interviews, crisp insights - what more do you want?

This is a lively podcast, and the hosts' passion for poetry is clear. The only improvement that I might suggest is to include more "teasers" of poets reading their work, and to spend less time summarizing the issue's contents. Still, a pleasure to listen to, Jesse Ferguson New Brunswick, Canada
