I'd like to challenge you to consider if you are living in anxiety and/or depression, could it be possible that you either:
1. Don't pray.
or
2. Don't know how to pray effectively.
The word "effective" means "successful in producing a desired or intended result". While the word, "ineffective means "not producing any significant or desired effect."
Knowing those definitions, would you say your prayers are effective?
