A perfect introduction to stoic principles and a better way of living
I became interested in stoicism recently as part of a major lifestyle overhaul, and this podcast is one of my favourite discoveries. It helps to makes the link between ancient philosophy and actions we can all implement and serves to emphasise stoicism’s very contemporary edge. And it is the perfect length - long enough to get you thinking, but short enough so you can always find the time to fit a bit of stoicism into your day.

It is not often that someone can articulate these concepts simply.
