Helpful but do need more compassion for NHS service
I do find Pip really honest and helpful. However, listening to some guests, there is often guests that insinuate that the NHS fobs people off, or that it’s up to private to give you a good service. Of course, if you’re paying for individual sessions of e.g. physio, you can have as many sessions as you want/can afford. A recent episode about prolapse, the guest said 5 sessions and discharged is the standard. I know for a fact, it is not. Please can we have some understanding towards our NHS service, as complaining about it is usually felt most by the frontline workers.
