An amazing podcast and Instagram page. You give advice that is based on actual evidence, relatable and easy to understand. I trust what you put out there not only because you are a trained midwife but you have experienced pregnancy and don’t make women feel judged especially around exercise xx

I really enjoy your podcast, especially the travel episode. I needed to hear so much of that. I love that parent holiday camaraderie resonated the whole way through. It gave me a big sigh of relief in the lead up to our holiday with a near 2 year old, so thank you x

Iv just found out I’m pregnant and searched for a suitable Podcast that I felt would be informative and reputable- this seems to hit the spot! Only issue is, some episodes from the older series ( which apply to me in my early weeks of pregnancy) are no longer available! They only place to about...Read full review »

I do find Pip really honest and helpful. However, listening to some guests, there is often guests that insinuate that the NHS fobs people off, or that it’s up to private to give you a good service. Of course, if you’re paying for individual sessions of e.g. physio, you can have as many sessions...Read full review »

Super helpful hints and tips covering so many important topics! Love that there is information that goes beyond pregnancy and newborn phase as I feel that a lot of information just stops after your baby gets to six weeks old.
